A day to unwind, rejuvenate and celebrate YOU. Movement through Yoga & meditation. Creativity and connection as we gather around the table for Art therapy, delicious food and treats. The calm of Forest bathing, warmth of the sauna, and coming together around the fire to celebrate nature and each other to close the day This will be a full day of wellness to nourish all that it is to be you.
