Sunrise yoga and swim. Begin your day with a peaceful sunrise yoga session on the beach at castle cove ,as the sun rises over the Purbeck hills. FOC if you attend another weekly yoga class, or sound healing class. £10 if you are new to my classes. Please register to join. Afterwards, why not dip in the sea to refresh and energise your body for the day ahead. This wonderful practice combines movement, nature, and ocean therapy for a perfect morning reset. Why not bring a croissant and cuppa to enjoy afterwards. Note; Weather permitting. This session is free of charge if you attend any yoga classes
