Service Description

A holistic yoga class to improve strength, flexibility, and well-being through breath work, movement and meditation in a friendly, supportive environment. £10 per session or book our special price 4-week block course for only £32 with 4 sessions that are valid for 4 weeks from purchase. Please note that any missed classes within this time are non-transferable. Please contact me should you need to discuss any classes you may be unable to attend.
